WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
We have 3 tracks, GymWod, HomeWod & BodyWod.
Although the GymWod is for a fully equipped gym, the majority of the GymWod workouts can be completed with a barbell and a pull-up bar.
HomeWod is our minimal equipment option and require only a dumbbell, a skipping rope and a box.
BodyWod is our no equipment option where all you need is a safe space to be able to move freely.
Where workouts ask for more expensive pieces of equipment such as a rower or bike we will always provide substitutions to ensure that you will still benefit from the stimulus of the workout.
HOW LONG DO THE WORKOUTS TAKE?
We want you to be finished inside an hour, every single time you go out to train. That includes warm up flow, mobility & activation, main workout and cool down flow. The Workouts themselves are usually between 10 and 20 minutes in length. We don't skimp our warm up flows as we believe they are a critical part of your session, particularly for Masters athletes. These Warm Up flows are usually 8-10 minutes in length but we encourage you not to start the main workout until you feel completely warmed up.
We also post optional accessory work each day if you are in the mood for more volume. These will not detract from either the main part of the session or your next day's training.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Anam Premium Membership is only $39 per month ( or £30 ) with no long term commitment. This includes your subscription to TrainHeroic and membership of our Private Members group.
