CROSSFIT |
CrossFit classes are one of our most popular! These functional fitness group classes follow structured programming that helps you build strength and technique over time. Each class includes aspects of weightlifting, gymnastics based movements and conditioning. With scaling options that allow all levels of ability to join in the programming, these classes are just as much for beginners as they are for experienced athletes. Smaller class sizes allow coaches to help focus on the areas you want to improve and create a friendly environment. CrossFit is about expecting the unexpected, and that’s exactly what you will find with our sessions. No class is ever the same, but all classes will teach you skills and help you achieve your fitness goals.

ENGINE CLUB |
For those looking to start at a less technical level, with more of a focus on developing your cardiovascular system, our Engine Club is the perfect choice. The workouts include both weighted and bodyweight movements, as well as making use of our various cardiovascular equipment. Working individually, or as part of a team, the workouts will include a range of exercises designed to increase your heart rate and challenge you.
The classes may be less technical, when compared to our others, but they are certainly no less work or fun. Sweat guaranteed, all levels are welcome in these classes – we can all benefit from a stronger cardiovascular engine. |
BARBELL CLUB |
Barbell Club classes are designed around the training style of the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. In these sessions we focus on the two lifts of Snatch and Clean & Jerk, developing the skills needed to complete these two lifts. Classes are taught by British Weightlifting Qualified trainers who will breakdown the movements and incorporate specific accessories to help you progress within the sport.
These classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to competing athletes. With weekly beginners barbell classes for those that are new to sport, and home competitions for those ready to take it to the next level. |
OPEN GYM |
Regular Open Gym sessions are the perfect opportunity to hone that skill you are working on. The free-format training sessions allow you to pop in and follow your own programming, work on a skill or do competition qualifiers. Open Gym Sessions are scheduled throughout the day to allow members flexibility to stop by as and when it suits them best.
With coaches available throughout the session times to ensure member safety, as well as guidance on your movements and workouts. |
