Investing in your health is a no-brainer. And as a gym, doing whatever we can to help you invest in your health, is a no-brainer for us.
The past 24 months have seen significant changes in our gym - the most recent being our investment in 10 new Concept2 rowers to bring our cardio machines up to a total of 57. This is to accompany our extensive volume of plates, dumbbells, wall balls, kettlebells, barbells, boxes, rigs.... We could go on... We hope that by providing an excellent facility, with some of the best equipment, coaches and programming about, that our members can continue to make improvements to their health, that we've seen them do time and time again.

We are nearly half way through October and the Teens have been busy focusing on Pull Up progressions this month. By following a programme which includes inverted rows, banded pull downs, holds and farmer carries, to name a few, they have developing back and shoulder strength, grip strength and core strength in our sessions.
The pull up is a perfectly functional movement, an essential part of athletic training and a gateway exercise to other highly developmental gymnastics movements. Perfect for growing teenagers. Loads more progress to be made over the next few weeks, we'll keep you updated! |
