Our aim with our kids program at CFA is to give your child the strength, both physically and mentally, to tackle any obstacle thrown their way inside or outside of the gym.
In our CFA Kids program we achieve this by weaving together foundational motor pattern training, the most advantageous elements of play, and targeted physical literacy enhancement within an individualised program design - and of course, having loads of fun at the same time! Youth who stick with the program become competent, confident, and motivated to level up the enjoyment and performance of their current activities and sports, dive into new things with the same energy, and meet new challenges head on.
