When you book a consultation with us, we’ll ask you about your goals, your training history and your motivation for exercising.
Then we’ll recommend a plan.
That plan could be Personal Training or group classes like CrossFit or SWEAT45 or it could be one of our Nutrition programs. Or even a combination of all 3.
